Website Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: 13 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of ngbs.co.uk, including its public content, Contact form and meeting-booking routes.

Website use does not create a services contract

Paid services begin only under a separate written agreement identifying the responsible NGBS contracting entity.

1About NGBS

NGBS is the shared brand of NGBS Private Limited and NGBS Global Limited, companies under common ownership.

This website is operated by NGBS Global Limited.

NGBS Private Limited supports NGBS as its Pakistan-based engineering delivery centre. A written proposal or contract for paid services will identify the responsible contracting entity.

NGBS Global Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 14207192, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

The registered office is provided as corporate contact information and is not described by these Terms as an operating or delivery office.

2Website information is not a services contract

The website provides general information about NGBS, its experience, services and approach to software engineering delivery. Website content is not a binding quotation, offer, warranty, guarantee or contractual commitment.

Submitting an enquiry, sending an email or booking a meeting does not:

  • create a client, advisory, employment or confidential relationship;
  • require NGBS to accept work or provide a service;
  • guarantee team or meeting availability; or
  • create a contract between you and an NGBS entity.

Paid services are provided only under a separate written agreement. That agreement will identify the responsible NGBS contracting entity and will govern the scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability for the engagement.

3Using the website

You may view, navigate and share links to the website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not:

  • interfere with the website’s operation, availability or security;
  • attempt unauthorised access to the website, services, systems or data;
  • introduce malicious code or use the website for automated abuse;
  • submit false, misleading, unlawful or harmful information;
  • scrape or reproduce substantial website content in breach of applicable law;
  • misuse NGBS names, branding or materials; or
  • suggest NGBS endorses you, your organisation or your services without written permission.

4Confidential and sensitive information

Do not submit confidential information, source code, credentials, security information, personal secrets or sensitive technical details through the public Contact form, booking interface or an unsolicited email.

If a conversation progresses, NGBS can agree an appropriate confidential channel or written confidentiality arrangement where needed.

5Content and intellectual property

NGBS owns, or is authorised to use, the content, branding, graphics and other materials published on the website. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant a licence to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit substantial website material except where applicable law permits it or NGBS gives written permission.

You may link to public pages fairly and lawfully, provided the link does not damage NGBS’s reputation, misrepresent your relationship with NGBS or suggest unauthorised endorsement.

6Insights, case studies and illustrative material

Insights and other editorial content provide general perspectives and are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular circumstances.

Any development-stage, fictionalised, anonymised or illustrative case-study material is identified where applicable. You should confirm information relevant to a business decision directly with NGBS.

7Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Calendly, Cloudflare security services, email services, conferencing providers and external websites. Third parties operate under their own terms, privacy information and availability arrangements.

NGBS is not responsible for third-party content or for aspects of a third-party service outside NGBS’s reasonable control. A link does not imply endorsement unless the website expressly says otherwise.

8Availability, security and changes

NGBS takes reasonable steps to operate and protect the website but does not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure or free from errors.

NGBS may correct, update, suspend or withdraw content or functionality when reasonably necessary. We may restrict access where required to protect visitors, NGBS or its service providers.

9Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, NGBS is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Any liability connected with paid services is governed by the applicable written client agreement rather than these Website Terms.

10Privacy and accessibility

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information associated with website use, enquiries and bookings is handled.

Our Accessibility Statement explains the accessibility standard we aim to follow, known limitations and how to request assistance.

11Changes to these Terms

NGBS may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.

12Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from or connected with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another court.

A separate agreement for paid services may identify a different NGBS contracting entity and may specify different governing law or jurisdiction.
